ABA Productions

International theatre production company dedicated to creating and promoting a wide variety of entertainment.
Working closely with ABA productions since 2011, Say It LOUD created tailor-made marketing strategies to promote a broad range of dramas, dance-theatre, comedies and kids programmes, such as The Taming of the Shrew, The Woman in Black, A Clockwork Orange, Potted Potter, Cirque Mechanics Birdhouse Factory, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged), Ennio Marchetto, KidsFest 2012, 2013 and 2014, to name a few.

Through press events, interviews, street promotions and workshops, quality publicity is achieved in the local and international media. Cost-effective joint marketing, such as corporate and residential clubs’ offers, and collaborations with retail channels are also deployed, in addition to effective pitchings for sponsorships and advertising.
2014
ABA Productions has been working with Say it Loud for a number of years and forged a very successful working partnership. Major projects have included The Woman in Black from London’s West End, the first visit of Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre to Hong Kong with The Taming of the Shrew, A Clockwork Orange, KidsFest and many more. During this time we have seen a massive increase in public awareness of our work, and this is in large part due to the hard work, dedication and sheer professionalism of the team at Say it Loud. We’re looking forward to many more exciting projects over the coming weeks and months.

CAVALIA

CAVALIA an innovative multi-media and multi-disciplinary theatrical production that celebrates the relationship between humans and horses, virtually reinventing the equestrian arts.
From March to May 2015, Say It LOUD assisted CAVALIA – Asia Tour (Hong Kong Station) to manage 4 major media events in Central Harbour Front Event Space, which including Big Top Raising, Horse Arrival, Media Preview and Grand Opening within the 3-month period. The services for CAVALIA are tailor-made as it is the first time for the group to debut in Hong Kong. Bilingual press releases are dispatched to the local media and international agencies to announce those pre-launch events. Say It LOUD also arranged the media tour to Taiwan and joint promotions with major local paper and digital medias.

Say It LOUD aroused the audiences in Hong Kong through the media coverage in papers, online platforms and TV/radios programmes. The show took Hong Kong by storm as well as celebrities from different fields in town, including George Lam Chi Cheung and Sally Yeh, Joey Yung, Miriam Yeung, Karena Lam, Chip Tsao (To Kit), Ivana Wong and Suzie Wong had joined the gala to witness the fantastic performance.

Italian Cultural Institute

An arm of the Cultural Office, The Consulate General of Italy in Hong Kong. The Italian Cultural Institute is a platform for Italian life and culture, showcasing the country’s thriving traditional and contemporary heritage.
Since 2012, Say It LOUD has promoted close to 20 events covering film, puppet show, pop and classic music organized by the Italian Cultural Institute. Achievements include full-house attendances, substantial pre and post event media coverage, and building a significant audience base embracing Italian culture.
We’ve worked with Say It LOUD for many projects for the past years. These include film programmes in 2012-13 like the Salento International Film Festival and Cine Italiano. In music, there has been the concert by Dolcenera and classical performances by Christian Leotta, Gavino Murgia, Maurizio Mastrini, Sergio Marchegiani, and I Solisti Veneti, amongst others. Family entertainment has also been present with shows like “Le Guarattelle di Pulcinella” puppet show and “Gli Sbandieratori dei Rioni di Cori”, the Italian State Renaissance flag throwers. Say It LOUD has provided us with a spectrum of publicity and event management services, from media relations to press events. They have also offered us valuable advice on events arrangements, as well as given us on-site support for shows with audiences of several hundred people. We look forward to future collaborations in promoting Italian arts and culture.

AsiaWorld Expo

Hong Kong’s largest and most versatile indoor entertainment complex, AsiaWorld Expo is the premium venue for exhibitions, conventions, concerts, sports, and entertainment events.
Say It LOUD was commissioned to launch EXPOtainment Cube, a unique pre and post event- visitors’ hotspot at AsiaWorld Expo. Created for the purpose of all-round interaction with the public, it was presented at the time of Lady Gaga’s Hong Kong concerts.

A pre-event media luncheon was created for the Lady Gaga concerts along with a Are You the DIVA? facebook contest. The event was attended by over 30 local and international press channels, including European Photopress Agency, Reuters TV and Bloomberg TV. It generated a big media buzz, resulting in over a hundred threads of news, entertainment and feature stories.

Hong Kong Tramways

A quintessential part of Hong Kong history since 1904, Hong Kong Tramways is the world’s largest fleet of double-decker trams, offering daily commuting for 230,000 passengers.
As the designated PR and Event Management agency of Hong Kong Tramways 110th Anniversary, Say It LOUD has provided full spectrum of marketing and PR services for the celebration, including the overall thematic campaign, launching ceremony event, depot outdoor screenings, moving film library, depot open day and anniversary celebration reception, etc.
To celebrate our memorable 110th Anniversary, Hong Kong Tramways (HKT) has appointed Say It Loud as our designated event PR company. During the 8-month period, we had launched the related PR campaign to reinforce the bonding between HKT and the local Hong Kong community with a series of events and promotion under the theme of "Carrying our culture and life stories". The campaign gained tremendous response from the media, community leaders and the public. Say It LOUD is very devoted to their projects and we look forward to future collaboration with the team again!

Musicus Society

Musicus Society is a registered charity with the mission of promoting music's unlimited potential in bridging the diverse, yet interconnected cultures in our society today.
Say It LOUD promoted a number of programmes, including the inaugural Musicus Fest, Hong Kong’s first-of-its-kind music festival, and Lorin Maazel and The Philharmonia Orchestra’s Breguet’s Celebration of Excellence, featuring soloist Trey Lee. The Musicus Fest comprises of a wide range of activities involving the local community, such as concerts at heritage sites and educational outreach programmes.
Musicus Society aims to promote our local culture internationally and exchange through music.  Our core activities include collaboration between local and overseas artists, commissioning of new music and music education.

We launched our inaugural Musicus Fest in 2013 with Say It LOUD as our public relations consultant.  During our promotional campaign, Say It LOUD has played an important role in helping us to gain substantial coverage in various media channels, including print, radio, online and television.

Faust International Youth Theatre

Formed in 1999, Faust International Youth Theatre has the aim of introducing to Hong Kong’s young people the world of theatre and creativity, guiding them to explore their individuality and interpersonal skills.
With a strong penetration in the expatriate market over the past decade, Say It LOUD has, since 2012, created a press publicity programme in facilitating the theatre group to gain exposure in the Chinese media, targetting and drawing the attention of Chinese speaking families.

Film Culture Centre (Hong Kong)

Non-profit arts organization committed to Hong Kong’s film, visual media and culture development.
Provided all-round project management consultancy for one of Hong Kong’s most important non-profit film culture organizations. SAY IT LOUD’s services included organisation setup & staff recruitment, relaunching activities, social media and website set up, professional partners line-up, all marketing and PR activities’ planning and execution.

Hong Kong Film Arts Association

A non-profit making organization formed by arts directors and costume designers to promote film arts in Hong Kong.
Promoted its film arts course for people interested in the arts of a film. EcoG

Established in 2010, EcoG is the concept of Eco Generation, a health and nature-conscious group advocating a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
Say It LOUD has been involved in the promotion of EcoG and its associated skincare brand since its inception, from major shop openings to the brand founder’s visit. The publicity plan includes media strategy development, events coordination, media relations and social media campaigns. In 2013, a successful creative organic pressed flower workshop was held at a press gathering. Press members and bloggers were greatly impressed by the farm-grown, natural ingredients used by the brand.

WMA

The WMA programme is a non-profit series of events and programmes that were developed to generate awareness and engage the public on socially-relevant issues of great importance to Hong Kong.
Say It LOUD was appointed by WYNG Foundation to be the exclusive publicity and marketing consultants to their annual photography series, including WMA Masters, WMA Commission, WMA Open and WMA Student.

Say It LOUD managed the VIP and media invitations of the announcement and ceremony of the photography prize, along with seminar registrations taking place in the same timeframe. The pre-event coverage and interview pitchings resulted in major press coverage in Hong Kong’s mass circulated publications, as well as cover stories of arts magazine.

The Arcade, Cyberport

The Arcade, Cyberport is a premium retail and entertainment complex in Hong Kong with a mix of cinemas and restaurants and lifestyle stores.
Designated as the event management and public relations consultants of Cyberport Weekend Market in 2012-2013, Say It LOUD oversaw media relations of the seven month-events, aimed at promoting the green image of The Arcade to visitors.

Throughout the period, Say It LOUD is responsible for the market’s events management, such as the coordination of green living booths, open stage performances, upcycling workshops and outdoor movie screenings. Satisfactory media coverage is achieved in the period in both print and electronic media.

Unit Gallery

Operated by the artist Rachel Cheung, this cozy exhibition venue is located at JCCAC, Shek Kip Mei, Hong Kong.
Being the long term PR and media representative of this cozy gallery in JCCAC, SAY IT LOUD publicize selected exhibitions of the gallery by introducing both the young and emerging artist and their artworks, through on-line and off-line media that aroused public interest.
I would like to thank Say It LOUD for doing a great job in helping the publicity and promotion of Unit Gallery. Despite the fact that Unit Gallery is newly established, many of the exhibitions presented were being publicized in various mass media, some even in large coverage! Our collaboration is surely fruitful and successful, and it expedites the further development of the gallery. Hong Kong Federation of Design Associations
(FHKDA)

FHKDA was established in 2000, which focused its effort on developing and organizing projects that helps to facilitate inter-city exchange and communication, as well as to foster collaborations between designers / brands from around the region.
FHKDA appointed Say It LOUD as the PR agency for its major design networking events, such as the 2nd HK-SZ Design Biennale in 2016 and GDN - Global Design Network in 2015 & 2016.

As the designated PR agency of The 2nd HK-SZ Design Biennale, Say It LOUD has provided full spectrum of event management and PR services for 4 major events over 4 months, including the press conference, kick-off party, grand opening and media tour. Say It LOUD promoted the main campaigns for the biennale, such as Hollywood Road Design Walk, NEXT by D Twincities pop-up store, Take a Seat exhibitions and other design related activities through the paper medias, TV/Radio programmes and digital platforms.

TrailWatch

The mobile app TrailWatch allows users to use the latest information technology to track their hikes, share incidents among other users and empowers individuals, groups and institutions to participate in the process of monitoring Hong Kong's country parks.
Say It LOUD was appointed as the PR agency to re-launch the mobile app TrailWatch for its newly developed features in 2015. The service included media tour, spokesperson interviews on paper media and radio. The app has became one of the most sophisticated application in the filed of hiking and routing.
